We had a nice, busy Easter weekend. It started with a Pinewood Derby car building workshop. This will be Mason's first Pinewood Derby. He's loving Cubscouts.
Later that day was the Church Easter egg hunt. Mason and Addy comparing eggs with their friends.
Then the kids planted magic jelly beans to see if they'd sprout by Easter morning. This is what happened overnight.

We headed off to the best part of the day, Church to celebrate the significance of the day. The fact that the Savior lives again. What hope that Sunday long ago brought to the world. I am so grateful that after that dark Friday, Sunday came.
